Building AI Products as a Solo Engineer
A short note on the kind of AI products, media tools, and SaaS foundations I build.
Most of my work sits at the point where product ideas need to become real software quickly. That usually means scoping the first version, building the interface, connecting the backend, integrating AI services, handling storage and auth, and turning the result into something that can be shown to users.
The projects I keep coming back to are practical AI systems: mobile image-generation apps, video and image editing tools, support automation, SaaS foundations, RAG experiments, and workflow automation for small teams.
What I Care About
- Shipping working software instead of polished mockups.
- Keeping systems simple enough to debug and extend.
- Making product surfaces clear for users, recruiters, clients, and technical reviewers.
- Using AI where it creates real leverage, not where it only adds noise.
