Problem
Founder-led SaaS teams often answer the same support questions manually before they can justify a dedicated support hire.
A useful AI support product has to stay grounded in approved sources, hand off uncertain conversations, and make cost and usage predictable.
What I Built
A support workspace with knowledge sources, guidance rules, a website widget, an escalation inbox, public tools, pricing, and launch-ready marketing pages.
The product flow from docs to widget to review queue, including auth, billing, limits, source-backed answers, and Cloudflare deployment.

Hardest Technical Part
The hardest part was making the AI feel operationally safe: answers need source grounding, unclear questions need handoff, and usage limits need to be visible before support quality is affected.
